FOR THOSE IN THE MAKING
PROJCT ONLINE is a mix of pre recorded classes and WODs (Workout of the day) that you can do anywhere with minimal to no equipment at your own convenience. We will help you make modifications based on your fitness level and what you have access to for equipment so you feel comfortable and confident at home. You can schedule a coaching call if you need a little extra motivation, help setting up a home gym and what to buy or how you can modify the workouts for your needs and goals. We preach “Progress Over Perfection” and even though you are training with us at home there are many ways that you can get better everyday. This is a time we can use to create amazing change in our lives. Create habits and routines that serve the identity of the person we want to be and make 1% changes that will yield massive results!
Details of the membership:
– 6 workouts a week (Mix of strength, endurance and conditioning) 3 follow along classes, 2 Projct WODs and 1 Bench mark workout to measure your progress from week to week.

You can decide to workout as much as you need, whether that’s 2-3x/week or 5. The purpose of these classes are to help create structure and routine in your life. All the workouts will be posted in our Facebook group. It helps us stay connected and keep each other accountable.
Every workout can be modified based on your fitness level and what you have access to at home. From body weight to resistance bands or weights.
