who we are
The PROJCT is a Private Personal Training Studio. Our focus is on building a strong community while creating strength and confidence in the gym. Our goal is to teach and create sustainable change in everyone that comes through our doors. Whether you are working with one of our coaches or attending a group training class, we want you to view your life and your body as a series of projects, working to improve upon or creating something new, over a period of time. When we compound these projects on top of one another they yield massive results.
We believe in the power of perspective. Shifting one’s mindset on how they view themselves and their body. This will not be a get fit quick scheme. Normally when society thinks of fitness they think of burning calories and losing weight. We look for those changes as quickly as possible and if we don’t see them we become discouraged or even worse, quit. This needs to change… our mindset needs to change and realize that this is a journey and personal growth never ends, there will be setbacks but with consistent work and dedication you will have overcome challenges you never thought possible and achieved what you had set out to do. It’s all about making progress and getting better everyday!

Personal Trainer and Golf Performance Coach
Jordan grew up playing competitive basketball and football from an early age. Sports and fitness have always been a big part of his life. However, he didn’t always know he wanted to be a personal trainer and performance coach. Jordan was a Journeyman Carpenter for over 8 years before he realized he needed more out of life. Something that allowed him to have a bigger impact on the world and be truly passionate about his job.
Jordan’s passion is to bring the community together and maintain a high level of enthusiasm and encouragement through his personal training, group classes or golf experiences he creates. He loves seeing people step outside their comfort zone, shift their perspective and create opportunities for themselves to succeed in whatever path they are on.
Jordan personally specializes in Golf Performance through TPI (Titleist Performance Institute). Bringing the best in golf health and fitness to Edmonton and around the world. Young, old, golfer or not he believes in getting his athletes moving better so they can feel and perform better on and off the golf course.
His focus on golf has driven his desire for movement quality and efficiency in all of his clients. He wants people to think function first. How well are you moving today and what changes do you need to make to perform at your highest level on a daily basis. Making sure they take ownership to create a long term, sustainable change.
Jordan believes we either Make Progress or we Make Excuses. Living for the pursuit of progression, overcoming something that challenged us and accomplishing what we had set out to do. That’s what it’s all about. Always expand and reach for something more.

“My passion for sports has always consumed my time with practice and competition. That love for practice and hard work has shaped me into the coach and personal trainer I am today. My favourite part about being a coach is getting to witness the success and triumphs people have. My goals as a coach are to effectively train each client towards their own successes. I aim to provide an empowering environment, knowledge and information, and positive experiences for people.
After being a competitive athlete in various sports (gymnastics, volleyball, and track and field), I’ve been lucky to be apart of many different conditioning programs, and training styles. I learned so much from being on a team, being a leader on a team and what it means to be a teammate. I hope to be the best teammate and leader for each of the people I get to train. I am so excited to continue to develop relationships and experiences with the health and fitness community!”
