You will leave each session with a better understanding of how your body works and you will be given the tools you need to use for life outside of the gym. We want to work with you for a minimum of 3 months. It gives us enough time to help you understand what we are doing in the gym and get you well on your way to achieving your goals. Do you have a friend, family member or spouse that has the same goals as you? Partner training is a great way to stay motivated and accountable while keeping it cost effective. We pay attention to the same level of detail we would in personal training. Making sure you understand everything we do in the gym and how that will help you achieve your goals.
Small Group Training
3 - 4 people
It’s been proven that humans accomplish more when on a team or in a community. Small group personal training is a great way to accomplish your fitness goals with friends. Still allowing for that attention to detail, having fun and keeping it cost effective.
Right now we do not offer on going Small Group Training Classes. They are only private sessions for those that already have 3-4 people that want to train together.
Golf has now reached a point where it’s participants should not need convincing that better health and fitness can improve their game on and off the course. Tour players have an optimal balance of mobility, strength and power which enables them to generate amazing speed and unparalleled accuracy and consistency in their swing. The majority of amateur golfers lack one or more of these important fitness elements; factors which cannot be improved by simply playing or swinging a club. In many cases, repetitive swinging only serves to reinforce faulty movement patterns leading to inconsistency and in some cases overuse injuries.
“There are thousands of ways to swing the golf club and I believe there is an efficient way for everybody but that is based on what your body can physically do.” Once you have an understanding of what your body can or can not do it is much easier to get the results you want.

He is a TPI(Titleist Performance Institute) Fitness Professional and works with many golf clubs and pros in and around the Edmonton area. The Golf Life program is about performance on and off the course. It will make you a better golfer, but it will also make you a better professional, have more energy and strength to do the things you want to do when you want to do them.
