PROJCT X is our signature fitness class. It is a collaboration of strength training, metabolic conditioning and core work. We believe in a balanced training system and understand the importance of building all aspects of your wellness. PROJCT X will challenge and ignite your potential in and out of the gym. If you don’t want to get too strong, burn too many calories and look too good, then this isn’t the fitness class for you!
PROJCT STRONG is a dedicated lifting class designed to build strength and confidence in the gym. This fitness class is perfect for anyone that wants to tone, build lean muscle and improve overall strength and confidence in the gym. We set the classes up like we would a personal training session, teaching and educating you in a safe and inclusive setting.
PROJCT BURN is a High Energy, High Intensity fitness class giving you the burn and the sweat you may not want but need! We use a combination of body weight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises etc. These fitness classes are separated into conditioning blocks, allowing you to give it your all and earn your break. The calories will burn while keeping the heart rate high and the music loud!
