It’s that time of year again folks… Challenge time!
With Summer behind us and everyone getting back into their routines, it’s time to upgrade to the next level. Join us for our November Group Class Challenge. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or train everyday of the week. This challenge is for everyone wanting to push themselves and make consistent changes in their life. If you aren’t sure if this is for you or nervous to get started, remember, do not compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 15. Everyone has their own starting line and all that matters is that you are here, putting in the work to better yourself.
Our mission this month is to challenge what you think is possible. To show you how good you can be and have some fun doing it! Let’s make progress this month!
We wanted to change things up this month, everything will be based on points. As with all of our challenges we want them to be inclusive, so whether you can only make 10 classes or 25 you will have a chance to strategize and accumulate points in different ways which lead to great prizes and one step closer to reaching your goals.

Phase 2- 55-65 pts
Phase 3- 66-80 pts
Phase 4- 81-94 pts
***There will be a Prize for the person who accumulates the most points

It’s important to measure your progress and know our hard work is paying off. We will have a series of fitness tests that will measure your strength, endurance and your mindset.
