30 Day Group Class and Nutrition Challenge

Having a hard time sticking to your New Years resolutions? Need more structure and guidance to your workouts and nutrition or just wanting to take your fitness to the next level? Join us for our 30 day Challenge this FebruOur mission is and always will be to challenge you and show you how good you can be. To focus on making progress, building healthy habits and get you as strong as possible. We believe everyone has a potential inside them to be and do something great and we want to support you along the way.
This February is all about systems not resolutions. Getting to know you, what you need and helping you make sustainable changes in your life. This challenge will have a group class and nutrition challenge component to it. You can do one or the other or both!
Whether you can only do 1 or 2 classes a week or you plan to go all out, you can make this challenge fit your life and what you are needing at this moment. Making these challenges more accessible is important to us. Not everyone can or wants to get 30 workouts in 30 days and you don’t need to! We want to work with you and your goals and map out a pathway to success specifically for you!
We believe in measuring our progress. We will be hosting a test day before the challenge that will give us our focus for the month. (Pullups, Deadlifts and a conditioning circuit) We saw amazing increases during the November Challenge with most people seeing 25% strength gains at the end of them month along with their personal goals.
Everything will be based off points. You will have the chance to accumulate points in different ways which lead to great prizes and one step closer to reaching your goals
PROJCT X– 1 point
PROJCT BURN– 2 points
PROJCT STRONG– 3 Points
MORNING CLASSES– 4 points
DIRTY DOUBLES– 6 points (2 classes in a day on Tuesday or Thursday Nights)
Nutrition will have its own point systems and prizes
POINT SYSTEM (Prizes to be announced)
Stage 1- 45-65 pts
Stage 2- 66-90 pts
Stage 3- 91- 105pts
Stage 4- 106-130pts
Sending in Goal sheets– 5pts
Weekly Challenges– 5 points (Total of 20) Examples- Most Cals on Bike in 60s, longest Plank etc
Test Day- 10 points Measure our progress over the month
Friday Jan 31st and February 1st (Time slots TBD)
Class Challenge- $200 (Unlimited Classes)
Nutrition Challenge- $75
