The Pursuit of Progress
It’s time to make some progress!
We just finished an in-studio challenge last month and didn’t have another one planned until May but with everything going on we knew we had to step up and take care of our community.
If you have been on Instagram or Facebook you have seen some workouts we have posted Live and on our feed. We will continue to give you guys workout ideas and tips to do at home but if you are finding it hard to stick to a routine and find structure in your life right now, then we want to help you get dialled-in!
We have launched our 30 Day At Home Challenge called PROJCT 30. The challenge will start April 1st. Our goal is to help everyone create routines and habits that serve the identity of the person they want to be.
This is an opportunity for us to really create amazing changes in our lives and those around us. A time to be intentional with our choices, to reset, reflect and recharge so that we can come out of this stronger individually and stronger as a community.
