PLEASE NOTE: if you are looking for a get fit quick scheme then this is NOT the program for you but if you are willing to learn, put in the work and create long term sustainable change then welcome to PROJCT GOLF.
This 4 week program is the FOUNDATION from which you will build the rest of your golf body on. We know that each round brings new challenges and our goal is to equip you with a body that can adapt and perform on and off the golf course. This program will give you more awareness of how your body should move and feel in the golf swing. It’s about finding our low hanging fruit, meaning what are the most important things we need to work on before we get to all the fun stuff. You will gain a high level understanding of how to control your body so you can move, feel and perform better. Once you have a better understainding of what your body can physically do, getting your desired result becomes that much easier.
The 4 week program is designed to be done at your own pace. You will have 2 workouts a week, Day 1 and Day 2, that you can repeat 2-3 times for a total of 4-6 workouts. Each week builds off the last. As you start to understand the concepts, learn how to execute them, we will progress and challenge you.
- Minimal Equipment required- All you need is a resistance band but we can modify based on what you have.
- 4 weeks of workouts – All workouts will be on the PROJCT App with full videos and explanations, you can do them at your own pace and leisure.
- Online Facebook group where we will share more info and videos, ask questions, get dialled-in etc
