Pre Season TRAINING Camp
What does playing better golf mean for you? What will moving, feeling and performing better do for your golf game and your life?
Golf is a game of perfection that we will never perfect. It forces our desire for that pursuit of perfection. To recreate that one swing that felt so good you barely felt anything at all. That’s what keeps us coming back day in and day out.
Whether you are looking to play pain free, get stronger with a more golf specific focus or you are looking to get an edge over your competition, PROJCT GOLF will give you the tools and habits you need to take your game to the next level.
We know that each round brings new challenges and our goal is to equip you with a body that can adapt and perform on and off the golf course. Our focus is progress over perfection. Making those 1% improvements to your body and how that has the potential to impact your golf swing.
The Training Camp is a 6 week program where we will create a strong foundation from which we can build on. We will focus on building strength, speed and power in the gym and show you how that relates to the golf swing. We will measure our progress from beginning to end and teach you the skills you need to create sustainable change. Working on Golf Positional movements so you can create ownership of your movement allowing you to think less and swing more.
Training Camp details:
When: 2 Different Groups (Monday or Wednesday nights) 12 spots each
Where: 17309 105ave
We will have a Test Day Saturday February 1st where we will measure and get our baselines for strength, speed and power. We also have a hitting bay in the studio where we will get our ball and swing speed numbers. This will allow us to see what we need to work on and where we need to be.
Each golfer will receive at home workouts they can do another 1-2 times a week with an option for a second drop in studio workout (Day/time TBD)
Cost: $249.00 + GST
This covers your testing and retesting, 6 in studio workouts and online programming.
We may open up another option for those that can’t make it to classes but want to commit to workouts on their own.
