The PROJCT is a private personal and group training studio. Our mission is to unite our community with a common purpose of living an exceptional life. Help them build a body and lifestyle that serves the identity of the person they want to be and inspire them to do extraordinary things.
We believe in the power of perspective. When you expand the limits of your thinking, you can expand the limits of your life. Only when you can imagine a bigger life can you hope to have one. We want you to view your body and your life as a series of projcts. A collaboration between one another working to improve upon or create something new. Our focus is “Progress Over Perfection” and your health and wellness journey is not a get fit quick scheme or 30 day challenge. All too often we look for changes as quickly as possible and if we don’t see them we become discouraged or even worse, quit. We want you to think beyond just burning calories and losing weight. If we want to construct a building that will last, we don’t start on the 10th floor. We start with designing and building a solid foundation first. One that can with stand the storms and weight of the world. We need to view our body the same way. This is a life long journey and there will be setbacks along the way but if we have built a solid foundation for ourselves we will be able to anchor and with stand any storm life throws our way. With consistent work and dedication you will overcome challenges you never thought possible and achieve what you have set out to do. We want to help you make progress and get better one day at a time.
