I have been working with Jordan at The Projct for the last 8 months. Since 2015, I’ve spent more than 300 private training sessions working with Jordan on improving my health, fitness, strength and mobility. I credit Jordan with literally saving my life. My health and fitness had always taken a back seat to my business and my family. I came to Jordan a mess; overweight, overstressed, and with embarrassingly limited mobility. I give Jordan a lot of credit for keeping me motivated and coming back; at first, even one workout a week was a mental struggle. Now three days a week is (almost) fun. In the beginning, going to fitness classes were something that I believed to be obligatory to good health, but never something that I looked forward to. Now I can sincerely say that I am happy to have these classes as part of my weekly routine and am sad when I have to miss them.

Training with Jordan has allowed me to realize how strong and capable my body is. Without his guidance and encouragement, I would have never picked up the “heavy” weights simply because I didn’t know that I could. Now I can’t imagine a fitness regime without those heavy weights!
I have been going to both Jordan’s group classes and a smaller personal session for the past year and the workouts are always different, challenging and fun. I am constantly taking notes on the exercises that we do so that I can remember them for later on my own. He focuses on correct form and technique, which is important when pushing yourself outside your comfort zone.
Jordan is super energetic, patient, reliable and motivating. On top of that, he is also very involved in the community and an all around great guy!

Two years ago I made a life decision to change my lifestyle and hit the gym. In the past I would experience anxiety about working out and questioned my own abilities. Regardless I started with Jordan through personal training and eventually in his group classes at The Projct. In our personal training sessions Jordan spent time paying attention to what goals I wanted to achieve as well as strengths and weakness. Through this he instilled techniques that I use daily and have seen improvements in my own abilities. He even gave me daily exercises to help achieve goals! I would not have the strength, energy and motivation to keep going without Jordan and his classes. I know I can contact him at a low moment and he would push me through it!
In group classes he encourages all of us in to achieve more and become stronger. He is always challenging us and makes the classes fun! He pays attention to form, technique and each clients personal levels and pushes us to become stronger and better! We have become our own family through these classes and encourage each other to be better!! This community and family has become an essential part of my life!

I originally came to train with Jordan in my last two years of my university golf career to work on improving my body movement awareness, power, and controlled flexibility in my golf swing. During those last two years I noted a marked increase in my ability to control different aspects of my golf swing that I had been struggling with such as hand position, impact, and balance. Not to mention an increase in distance off the tee and a higher “smash factor” when analyzing the mechanics of my swing. Jordan’s application of TPI knowledge/programs into our training sessions has encouraged me to become aware of how to generate efficiency through my golf swing while also keeping an athletic approach to other areas of fitness that I wanted to improve upon.
My lessons with my club professional are also more effective now that his teaching concepts are easier for me to pick up on due to my better understanding of body mechanics in the golf swing. I have been able to measure improvements in distance, ball flight (from club face control), and as I mentioned earlier, speed.
Since finishing university golf, I have strived to maintain my game and perform at a high level on the course. Jordan has always encouraged me to improve upon other areas of fitness that I am weak in and integrates those challenges in fun ways into our training sessions. Our sessions regularly include goal setting, baseline and re-testing of fitness levels, and most importantly lots of laughs and positive support. I’m writing to express my enjoyment of having worked with Jordan Jeske for the past year. The original intent was to strengthen my golf swing and to work on areas of physical issues (knee), both of which have met with success. Jordan’s gym is designed with golf in mind while his mindset and purpose of improving one’s golf is the core of his focus. Through the aspects of flexibility, strength training for the core complimented by power exercises lends itself to improving one’s game. While I have highlighted the physical aspects of Jordan’s programs there is one that needs to be highlighted – it is his positive attitude and dedication to make his clients enjoy the experience while feeling the improvement. None of this comes without some sacrifice and effort but the rewards of working with Jordan makes it worthwhile.
