THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Planning Phase
We base all our training programs around 3 month projcts. This gives us enough time to focus and start seeing results but also teach you the skills you need to create sustainable changes. Whether you are working 1-on-1 with a coach or attending group training. We will sit down with you and map out quarterly objectives for you to focus on. This is the planning phase and like any projct, we need to articulate and define our goals and evaluate the reality of achieving it. Creating a conceptual design and planning out what will work best based on your current circumstances. How badly do you want it? Can you be patient with a realistic time frame? Also be aware of the next goal once you achieve this one. We will go over everything from training foundations, nutrition habits and behaviours. Setting up all the checkins, measurements and testing. Make sure you have everything you need to accomplish what you are setting out to do. Planning is a small percentage of the work but has a major impact in the execution and discipline needed to achieve your goals.
Construction Phase
After all the planning is complete, it’s time to get to work. This is the execution phase and where all the planning will pay off. We will start with building strong foundations in training, nutrition and behaviours. Making sure you understand the fundamentals to creating long lasting change. Through out this phase there will be many variables that we will have to adapt to. Nothing is set in stone but communication is key. Letting us know how you are feeling physically and mentally. Being honest with your check ins and having open dialogue. We are all human and there will be set backs and that is OK! We want to make sure we are looking after each other and focusing on whats important.
